Shipping & Handling rates

    Our shipping & handling rates are calculated as per below. For your order you see the applicable rate in the checkout based on the weight of your order.



    Orders will be shipped from our warehouse on weekdays within 48 hours after receiving your order. 


    Christmas 2020 delivery dates - ensure you order before these dates:

    The Christmas cut-off dates announced by Australia Post are as follows:

    • International  (UK, Europe, Canada, US): Monday 16 November 2020
    • New Zealand: Friday 27 November 2020
    • Australia domestic deliveries: Saturday 12 December 2020

    COVID-19 update regarding deliveries and handling: 

    Australia Post have provided updates that further delays for Australia domestic service are being experienced. Click here for more.  

    Your signature is usually required on delivery. However, under the current COVID-19 circumstances, Australia Post has changed their procedures. Click here for more: Updated procedure from AusPost.

    International orders: Please note there are delays to get your international parcel to you. Click here for the update from Australia Post. 

    Our warehouse and logistics partner has implemented a number of additional, proactive health and safety measures to ensure they protect customer orders and their staff.


    If you aren’t available to collect your order, the carrier will leave a notification for you. Please get in contact with the carrier as stated on their notification within the suggested time frame to avoid your order being returned to the warehouse.


    When you buy from our shop you help keep the Flying Doctor flying because all profits we make are going directly to the RFDS South Eastern Section (NSW, ACT). We appreciate your support and hope you love what you've ordered from us!

    If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, or if there is an error with your order, you can contact our Flying Doctor Shop support team (see details below) to arrange a refund or exchange. Please have your receipt on hand so that we can easily identify your order.

    If you are returning or exchanging an item because you have decided you do not want it anymore, we kindly ask you to pay for the return shipping.
