    Our Shipping and handling rates are calculated as per below. For your order you see the applicable rate in the checkout.



    Orders will be shipped from our warehouse on weekdays within 24 hours after receiving your order. We’ll use the most efficient shipping option to get your delivery to you.


    COVID-19 procedure changes:

    Your signature is usually required on delivery, however under the current COVID-19 circumstances please read the updated procedure from Auspost.

    Our warehouse and logistics partner has implemented a number of additional, proactive health and safety measures to ensure we protect customers and staff.


    If you aren’t available to collect your order, the carrier will leave a notification for you. Please get in contact with the carrier as stated on their notification within the suggested time frame to avoid your order being returned to the warehouse.


    When you buy from our shop you help keep the Flying Doctor flying because all profits we make are returned to the RFDS. We appreciate your support and hope you love what you've ordered from us!

    If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, or if there is an error with your order, you can contact our Flying Doctor support team (see details below) to arrange a refund or exchange. Please have your receipt on hand so that we can easily identify your order.

    If you are returning or exchanging an item because you have decided you do not want it anymore, we kindly ask you to pay for the return shipping.
